I'm not technical. Can I set this up myself?
Yes, for most people. A setup wizard walks you through connecting your email and checking your domain. One step may ask you to add a few settings where you bought your domain, such as GoDaddy. EmailQo detects where your domain is managed, and you can email us if you get stuck.
Can I use my normal Gmail or Outlook account?
Yes. Connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any account that supports SMTP. Amazon SES is optional, for higher volume.
Why do I wait 14 days before sending a full campaign?
Inbox providers distrust accounts that go from quiet to busy overnight. Warmup builds trust gradually, and that is what keeps your campaign out of spam later.
Will this guarantee my emails reach the inbox?
No tool can promise that, so be careful of any that does. EmailQo catches the common, fixable reasons emails land in spam before you send.
What happens after the free trial?
You pick a plan to keep sending. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What happens to contacts who don't reply?
You can turn on a follow-up campaign that automatically moves non-responders into it, so a cold lead gets more than one shot without you tracking who to follow up with. It only runs if you turn it on for that campaign.
Can I see which link someone clicked, not just that they clicked?
Yes. Every campaign breaks clicks down link by link, with scanner and bot traffic filtered out so the numbers reflect real people.
